Our Professional Staff

Todd W. Parker, CPA, J.D. has practiced public accounting since he graduated from Ball State University in 1985. Todd went on to receive his law degree from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1998. Todd was raised on a farm, and has utilized his background in agriculture to develop an extensive specialization with agri-business clients. In addition to his expertise regarding income tax, estate tax, and gift tax, Todd has developed a unique approach to business consulting, which includes helping businesses prepare budgets, develop cash flow strategies, implement proactive tax planning strategies, and company tax compliance issues.

Dea Sanderson has been employed with the firm since August of 1988. As Office Manager, Dea handles the day-to-day needs that revolve around the accounting firm, but also uses her abilities in other capacities. Dea assists in monthly financial statement compilation, quarterly payroll tax reporting, scheduling, and providing front-end client support.

Amanda Myer has been employed with the firm since June of 1999, after graduating from Ivy Tech with an Associates Degree in Accounting. Amanda assists in monthly financial statement compilation, quarterly payroll tax reporting and entity income tax return preparation, as well as providing accounting support to many of our clients.
